This is the second floor of a greek revival house that has an open floor plan,designer kitchen with Viking range,queen size bed,two living roomareas, deck with grill.Located near downtown Providence,nicely decorated,new bath,yard,parking,internet.please note due to the virus it’s a minimum of two days rental.Please note the heat does not exceed 70. . Due to guests cranking the heat up and opening windows.Utility cost have gone up 48% in one month.
