Knock it down and Start again they said! But we felt there was way too much history, character and magic in those old walls! It’s been a barn, a printing press, and even a secret chapel. Now it’s your next holiday destination. We’ve lovingly restored our outbuilding to the highest standard. The views of Snowdonia, the amazing sunsets & the starry nights are truly stunning. Large garden and hot tub, stay in and relax or venture to the coast or up to the mountains! All within half an hours drive.

Entire studio cottage extension

Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns, many of which are for sale. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The main cottage has been featured on Welsh house style programme ‘Dan Do’ as well as Channel 4s A Place in the Sun: Home or Away. It is a small cottage and garden; we love it & hope you will too! Secluded hut surrounded by woodland

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.
