The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. Our accommodation is a large, well equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom there are great views of the Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various Shops, bakeries and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance) and yet quiet. You are welcome to use the garden. You can walk to a beautiful swimming lake in 10 minutes.

Former economic building of the forestry, rebuilt in 2006, very quiet in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal spa can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, while other thermal baths are within 25 km. The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 years and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Our place is good for couples, solo travelers, friends, families, and business travelers. Crib and high chair can be installed on request. The comfortable double airbed or the new double extra bed is in the living room if necessary (ie from a 3rd person booking).
