Large house on the ground floor with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher shop, etc.), large green area within a minute walk. Easy parking right outside the door.
