Los Almendros Beach is two minutes over the back hill and Casa Simone is only 10 minutes to Rincon's famous surf breaks. Luxury studio with a stunning ocean view five minutes from Steps Beach. The studio is perfect for a couple or a family with a child. Sleep in a king size bed, enjoy a breakfast on a vast private terrace, cook a dinner in the kitchenette or grill downstairs in the outdoor bar area by the pool. A short 10 minutes drive to Rincon’s downtown and renowned beaches. This one flight down the stairs back patio level room has a private entrance/private bathroom. Equipped with 2 queen beds, AC, and 2 ceiling fans. A mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker/essentials. WiFi, a Roku Smart TV with additional local air channels.

This romantic space overlooks a lush valley with distant ocean views. Private hot tub & kitchen & Only a 5-minute drive to all the famous beaches. Our guesthouse is situated on a dead-end street in the hills of Puntas less than 1 mile from sandy beach, offering views of both the ocean and valley. Fully powered by solar panels and backup Tesla battery. Inverter A/C units in both bedrooms. If you like to be close to the action but prefer a tranquil place to rest your head, this is it!
