Exclusive, sea close, sunny and with its own jetty.

Exclusive new house, 5 meters from the seafront in Sørlandsleia. Large private deep water dock and sandbank. The house is west facing and bathing in a lot of summer sun. The terraces give the feeling that you sit on a "flying bridge".You will love this place because of the location and everything that happens in Arendal and Tvedestrand city. 50 min to Kristiansand Dyrepark. Great for families, couples, friends and business travelers. Boat can be rented. During the period 1/7-20/8 minimum 7 days rent. Other days are a minimum of 3 days rental.

The apartment has entrance from the veranda and is furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and storage room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor contains 2 bedrooms and an extra exit. We also have boat rentals, both dinghies with outdoor tables and motor boats(intended for fishing). Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 150,-/set. NB! There is German TV as well as Google TV. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Great studio apartment. Right in the center of Risør

This is a great apartment (about 60 sqm) in the middle of Risør city center. Little cozy house from the 1860s. The apartment is on the second floor. Quiet and quiet without street noise or noise from neighbors. Two bedrooms (you go through one bedroom to get to the next bedroom). A total of two single beds and a small double bed. The apartment does not have a balcony or its own private patio. However, there are several cafes and "all city amenities» just outside the front door. Recently refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom.

The cabin is located in a quiet area with scattered buildings. 3 min to walk to swimming area and 7 min to beach. Good hiking areas and great swamps with jette pots. 10km to Stabbestad where you will find Kragerø spa hotel, golf course and ferry rental to Kragerø. The small Dyrepark is located at Brokelandsheia about 35 mins by car. 10 min to Øisang which is a ferry rental to Risør. Car to Risør- about 45 mins. Pets can be allowed, but will need to be considered first.

Idyllic southern house w/view. Sunny location

The house is located in quiet surroundings with great views of the sea. Sunny location with several patios around the house. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, built-in coffee maker. Terrace with double doors straight out from the kitchen. Kid-friendly. Fast fiber web. Heat pump with air conditioning. Suitable for 2 families. Archipelago manager with 50 hp outboard engine can be rented on request. Located in boat harbour on Gjeving. See pictures in the photo gallery.

Cozy restored southern house with large sheltered idyllic garden in beautiful Holmesund for rent. Very child-friendly house, garden and area. Great swimming, crab fishing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crabbing equipment, grill etc included. Internet and electricity is included Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioner maxi 13 feet with 9.9hp) available during school summer vacation (week 26-33)

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.
