It is ideal for couples, families and friends. The house is located in the first basin of Lake Como, great place to be near Como, Milan, Lugano and all the villages that are located on the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio... In 10 minutes by walking you can reach really nice beach as well as start hiking in the mountain.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista del primo bacino del lago di Como ed ammirare la città.

My accommodation is near town centre, in a very quiet location. It is 15 minutes far by car from Como centre and 20 minutes by car from the amazing Bellagio. There are a lot of walks into the wild and outstanding beaches on the lake. You’ll like this apartment because of its privacy and its breathtaking view. It’s suitable for all people, like couples, lonely people, families (with children) and pet friends!
