15 minutes to Şile center (by car) It is 1 hour away from the Anatolian side of Istanbul. In a three-acre garden, Hot water , wifi , fireplace, Swimming pool(will be active between June and September, please get information) 2min to village grocery store (by car) 5min to Kabakoz beach (by car) Benefit from products without additives from the greenhouse. Chop wood and throw it on the fireplace… Forest walk around the land take advantage of their routes… There are 2 x 2 double beds + 1 air mattress for 2 people. Sleeps up to 6.

We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis, nicknamed with rooster. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre of island by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly, calm. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿 (If you want rent for photo shooting, you need to ask for it and price.)
