The Studio sleeps 4 and is situated to the left of the main house in a quiet secluded setting. The brick paved drive provides ample parking. The accommodation is bright, light and spacious with an open-plan lounge and dining area, a breakfast bar, fully fitted kitchen, two large characterful double bedrooms, (additional single bed on request), a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Lovely peaceful get away from it all in an area of natural outstanding beauty, yet just ten minutes drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, with all the culture, bars, restaurants and shops. The pretty village of Lamberhurst has lots of pubs to offer, with top quality food and local ales. Trains to London are 1 hour from Frant station. Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.
