Netflix, electric fireplace, steps from the beach, short walk to shops and restaurants (or drive, it's your vacation, I wouldn't tell you how to spend it). Rockaway is a laid back town, great for getting away from the crowds and hustle.

A new recliner couch as well. The shower is very small but there is a rain shower head. 350 square feet. Small and comfy. You will walk by the big house and their hot tub. It is shared.
