Whimsical House with Enchanting Gardens

Custom built space with eco-friendly sustainable materials. This place is tucked away in what feels like the country in the city...enjoy a morning with fresh coffee on the rocking chair porch and relax listening to the sounds of birds. Nice quiet space with nearby park cheer from time-to-time. This is a dog loving property with friendly neighborhood pooch's hanging out, so if you are afraid of dogs, please give us proper notice so we can accommodate. Guest access to the Gazebo, Island, 2-acre Trails and Treehouse is by APPOINTMENT ONLY for the time being - we are renovating and finishing many-a-things and will open them up for public use and fun asap. We are friendly people who respect privacy. We consider new visitors new friends and try to meet all our guests so you feel comfortable with the surroundings and enjoy them even more. We're happy to offer friendly guidance, info and support (discount for writers and artists who stay and create and share)! We really want you to enjoy your time with us. There is 3 additional buildings on the property so friendliness is a must. Nested between a park and suburban neighborhoods, the three acre property off a small graveled lane, is embraced by limited residents and undeveloped forest areas that create a secluded, quiet and private vibe. Right outside the house's gates, is a trail leading through the woods to the park for peaceful walks under giant cedars, maples, pines, and douglas firs. Giant rhodedendrons, mossy trees, and native plants bring a variety of wildlife to the property and neighborhood. Close to both 405 and 520. Walking distance to Microsoft! The bus system is within close walking distance as well and there is a path to Grasslawn park right out the door and through the woods. There's also the bike trail leading to the burke trail just a few neighborhoods away. Bike friendly and we're tuning a few of ours to also offer to our guests...stay tuned on that perk. This is a 1-bedroom facility (3-ish story) with a loft and day bed all within the same air-space as the queen main bed. So if you plan on having 4 people stay (family) you'll be bonding even more so! Bring your story books and ear plugs if you're planning on sharing the space. :) And if you're planning on taking advantage of the sofa bed downstairs in the living room - get ready to wake with the sun! East facing beds for sunrise alarms available pending the season. There are too many windows to count... Also please note that this house has many imperfections and really is more of an art project. Expect lot's of "character". There are many areas that could be better and we'll continue to improve them as we can invest in them. In the interim, we just think they are kinda cute and enjoy finding joy in our faults and imperfections. Featured by Sunset Magazine as a “chic escape.” Inside, mid-century furniture and architectural details are made of natural materials like wood and stone setting a calming, sanctuary tone throughout. Curl up with a good read by the light streaming through floor to ceiling windows and under soaring wooden beams or tuck in for the evening by closing the sliding doors inspired by Japanese screens. Please note that during the winter months, our 1960s artistically unique treehouse may get chilly. However, we have plenty of space heaters and throw blankets to keep you warm. The house is in a secluded, wooded neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Enjoy 3 different decks on the top floor, each with a different ocean or forest view. Inside the home, you will enjoy the clean and comfortable space with luxurious touches throughout. The treehouse comes with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen with everything you need to make dinner for 6. The house cannot sleep more than 6 people including children of any age. A total of 8 people can be in the house. After 8 pm additional guests need to vacate the premises. This is to ensure the continued use of our permit as well as to respect our neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will send you the rental agreement shortly after booking. Guests will have access to the entire house and are free to explore this 1.5-acre wooded property. I will meet you at the property to say hello and provide you with a door code. After that, I can be reached anytime to answer questions or concerns. The house is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood next to Nicene Marks Redwood Forest State Park, just outside of the city of Santa Cruz. It's perched on top of a small valley, overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood is very quite a private - please do not disturb our neighbors. Absolutely no parties or outside amplified music. Remote, yet close to the everything that matters: - Minutes to Nisene Marks State Park - 2.5 miles to the closest dog-friendly beach - 3 miles to the Capitola Beach & Boardwalk - 8 miles to the Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk - 38 miles to San Jose International airport For your safety electronic outdoor survellaince has been installed. Our neighbors are very sensitive to this Airbnb. To make sure this beautiful house continues to be available to future guests we must strictly enforce the house rules. Olympic View Cottage by the Water

Spend lazy days on the deck as boats, seals, and herons pass by, or watch a film by the light of the wood-burning stove. Flowers, ferns, and a sparkling Tiffany lampshade add to the fresh vintage charm of this tranquil retreat with a pretty garden. The cottage features great western views of the mountains and water with spectacular sunsets, passing boats and wildlife watching. We see lots of birds including eagles, Great Blue Herons, kingfishers and hummingbirds as well as seals and otters who often play in the waters out front. Large windows and high ceilings create a light filled space that is both cozy and inviting. You will love staying here because of the great view and the cozy space. We just recently added a television with Amazon Fire so you can also just cozy up by the fire and watch a movie or a game! As often or as little as they want. This Tolo Road home is at the end of a dead-end street in a very quiet neighborhood. Bainbridge Island — a 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle — has great museums, shopping, and dining, plus lots of hiking trails and parks with beach access. Most guests have their own car, however Uber is available on the island as well as taxi service and Kitsap Transit makes stops at the top of our hill. There are several hikes in our neighborhood and we are less than a mile from Battle Point Park and the Grand Forest with excellent walking or biking paths. Bainbridge Island is an easy thirty-five minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle. There are several great museums on the island as well as in Suquamish. Winslow offers great shopping and dining and there are lots of parks with beach access and hiking trails all over the island. We also have several wineries and distilleries with tasting rooms available to you. We provide current brochures for local attractions and activities.

This is a newly constructed three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Seattle. It has views of the Puget Sound, Mt. Rainier and downtown from a private deck. It's great for families who wish to explore this destination city. Entire home Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away. The townhouse is located in the lower Queen Anne area, walking distance to a plethora of Seattle's most popular destinations. From tourist attractions to waterfront parks, local shops, bars, and cafes, there is a lot to explore on foot. This townhouse home is near expressway I-99, which is very convenient if you have a car. If not, public transportation is also easily accessible from this home. Of course, Uber and Lyft drivers are also abundant throughout Seattle. Public transportation and Zip Cars are a couple of blocks away. At home entertainment with Sling TV, Netflix and Amazon TV. Ultrafast wifi! There is one designated, compact parking space that will fit a compact or midsize car. If you have a larger car or have difficulties with parking in narrow spaces, we advise that you park on the street which is free.

Oceanfront Nye Beach Retreat Too Newport, Oregon

Super clean and ready for guests! Recently updated with hardwood floors. This place is perfect and will feel like your own! I love giving my guests the 5 star treatment. If you have a larger party I have a unit next door as well. So you could have a party of up to 8 all in the same area. Just message me for anything- I can usually accommodate! Pool as well as beach access right out back! *pool closes October 15th for the winter* I'm always available via the air bnb app. I'm extremely responsive and I try to accommodate most requests. Nye Beach is one of the Oregon Coast's hidden gems, featuring lots of local attractions. Swim, surf, and kayak and play on the beach, or spend time exploring the historic Bayfront area or Oregon Coast Aquarium. Bring your bikes and cruise up the the Yaquina Bay bridge and over to the Bayfront or just drive. You can walk to all the restaurants shops in Nye Beach. There is some great food just a block away. Please note all guests when reserving so that I can make the onsite manager aware who is staying so that you have full access to the private beach access and pool. There are no pets. Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping on the entire premise. There is a site manager and he will enforce if he sees a violation. You will be asked to leave without refunds. This unit is on the second floor and there is no access with a elevator. Please make note of this- there are only stairs.
