Charming street house /semi-detached house in central Malmö. Two bedrooms with two beds in each of the rooms, associated with smaller kitchen and two bathrooms. The guesthouse is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can relax from the big city drizzle, enjoy the greenery, hang out or just listen to birdsong. There is access to WiFi, a laundry room, and proximity to most things you may need. Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
