Hi! We offer a clean and comfortable 2nd floor with it’s own private entrance in Chula Vista. Includes a large deck over our garage with a great view of the ocean and sunsets. Sun bathing and a great breeze from ocean. It's quiet, private, secure and a great area to rest after a day of exploring the sites. Chula Vista is a great place to stay when visiting San Diego. It’s perfect for a couple, a couple of friends or traveling on your own. Conveniently located close to highway 805. Twenty minutes to the famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World and the Convention center. Air conditioned, street level attached studio with a full kitchen and dedicated entrance. The studio is actually close to the beach, it takes about a minute to walk there. Located close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants near the south end of the boardwalk. This place is attached to a house also on Airbnb with it's separate entrance and no shared areas.
