Apt. front Rosas Bay, Costa Brava, Girona with pool. Canals, Aiguamolls park and La Rubina wild beach views. The pools will operate normally this year 2024. They are full. 20 minutes walk from beach and services. Near Dalí's Museum, Dalí's house in Portlligat, Cadaqués and Creus Cape. Located in Santa Margarida with promenade that leads to Rosas (5' car); great residence with very quiet atmosphere. Small, comfortable and equipped apartment to breathe a lot of calm. Touristic tax included/price.

Located in a small family residence, with only a small sent between the residence and the sea, the apartment with 2 bedrooms can pleasantly host a family of 4. View from terrace is spectacular, since there is no obstacle between the apartment and sea. From the terrace , Medes Islands as well as all of the Roses bay are visible. To go and swim, one only needs to get down into the small cove in front of the apartment. 7' away walking, there is a supermarket and a restaurant.

It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, 09/15 No🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with a summer lounge. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.
