This 3 bedroom/4 bed/2 bathroom home, built in 2021, features views of the River Derwent from the deck. Inside there is reverse cycle airconditioning (heating) in the open plan living/dining and automated heating in bedrooms to keep the Tassie chill away while you sleep. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, while the laundry has a washer & dryer for longer stays. We provide 50mbps fibre NBN and a giant 75" TV for movie nights. Woolies and many other stores are under 5mins away by car.

Come Stay with Us We have a lovely little self contained cottage, nice & cosy with 1 double bed verandah to sit and enjoy the garden Located in Moonah, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bottle shops, supermarkets etc. A bike ride along the bike track to the city or out to Mona. Ideal for guests wanting to experience the gourmet foods and produce Tasmania has to offer, whilst enjoying spectacular views.
