The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in old town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. In the process of remodeling, we have found many historic items of earlier days - an old shoe & many small items that are on display. Within walking distance of downtown. (Please read Show More)

It is across the street from Stahley Park, which gives you access to the Spring Creek Trailhead prime for MTB and running. It is walking and biking distance to Lincoln Ave, where you can enjoy all the great shopping and restaurants that Steamboat has to offer. You are a short bike to the Emerald MT trails, which are amazing for MTB.

West Side Duplex is in Steamboat's Riverside neighborhood, six miles from Steamboat Ski Resort and on the SST Free Bus System. It is also close to the Yampa River, Emerald Mountain, and Downtown Steamboat Springs. Yampa River Core Trail is 1/4 mile away. The neighborhood and duplex are quiet and private, but the outside decks and areas are shared with the owners, their Chihuahua mix and four cats.
