Located just minutes from downtown, and close to local ski resorts. Beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains. Includes a separate room for remote working, game time, or relaxing. Lots of parking, large yard, fully fenced. No cleaning fees, and list of rules and instructions, just a welcoming place to relax and feel at home.

You’ll love my place because of the location. In the heart of down town Ogden and yet still private with a fenced yard. We welcome furry friends (with $10/night pet fee), couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. A ~30 min drive to (3) of No. Utah's best ski resorts; Snow Basin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley. TRAX Light Rail a short 5 min drive. Quality restaurants/shopping 1 mile. A 5 min walk to Ogden's River Parkway, 15 min walk to 'The Junction' village.

Downstairs apartment. 4 Bedroom 2 bath with private entrance and kitchen. Great room for relaxing with gas fireplace and 72"TV. Hot tub hammock and fire pit overlooking Antelope Island and the Salt Lake Valley. Great sunsets. Fenced yard. Dogs live upstairs. No pets without prior approval. Extra fee of $10 for guests 5-8. Quiet hours 11PM-7 AM. Hot tub is closed during quiet hours. If you are locals and looking to be loud and party please do not book at this location. EV charger.
