Our cottage "la montagnette " is a house fully equipped, clean and very well located in the heart of a small village of medium mountain at 430 m altitude in the heart of Chautagne ,between lakes and mountains. You can enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the large covered terrace with stunning views of the great Colombier With Lake Bourget at 10 min and all these surrounding mountains,in any season there will be no shortage of activities!

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS to the LAKE : 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800m²). The beach is 50m from the house.
