Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The annex is a detached from the main house set within a beautiful landscaped garden, it has a spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate living area with dining table, settee and small fridge. The bedroom has a TV (Sky, Netflix, Apple, Paramount). There is tea and coffee making facilities and free access to strong WiFI . Parking for one car is at the front or side of the house.
