Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Keep it simple at this clean, comfy, peaceful and centrally-located water-view camp just minutes from Toledo Town. 3 bedroom / 2 bath with all the amenities. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Fully-equipped kitchen. Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. When you need a break from your hectic schedule, the Heart of Huxley Bay is the place to go. All the bases are covered here. Take a swim, cast a line, jump in your boat, or one of the two provided kayaks from the private pier. Bring your toys! We have a large boat/RV carport with power hookups to keep them protected. Relax around the firepit or screened-in patio! If you must, work at the dedicated workstation. The pups are welcome and even have their own fenced run.

Cozy Fishing Cabin W/ Sunset Views On Toledo Bend

Quaint camp with big screened in porch with views of the lake, along with a dock great for fishing! Amazing sunsets and pelican or bald eagle sightings! Come enjoy fishing or relaxing! Even if the water is low that just means more beach (see photos) and still good fishing! There is a tv and lots of dvd options but we do NOT have WiFi available. If you have your own hotspot you can use the tv and sign in to your own accounts or think of our camp as a place to unplug!
