Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. Non-treatment or pesticide environment. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. Pets not allowed. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Beautiful apartment on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran".

Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" close to Annecy and Aix les Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountains, a good place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the resort of SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ small nice resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby su Chéran is a quiet and peaceful little medieval village.

Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house. Ideally located, between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is at the entrance to the Bauges Natural Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountain and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby: the Semnoz (30 min) and the Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for the back and hiking. 1 hour from here are the Aravis stations.
