It can accommodate 2 people with two young children (possibility of extra bed) for an assured relaxing stay. Come and relax in the sun in a typical landscape of the south of France. Its terrace to the south of about 30m2 with original furniture of "seaside style", with its panoramic view of the scrubland and the Camargue horses, will allow you to fully enjoy the sun of our region. Come and discover summer ahead of time. Attention: The bi-hull is not a treehouse but overlooks the surrounding landscape and is not opposite. Private access to the entire accommodation + terrace. We tell them the places to visit, the restaurants to test by us, the activities to do in the region as well as the people to meet in the crafts and the producers. Located in Saint-Jean-de-Védas, the accommodation enjoys a privileged location at the gates of Montpellier and close to the beaches. The downtown market, held twice a week, allows you to shop with local producers. We are served by public transport networks, bus and tram L2 (TAM), 5 min. from the village center and shopping centers and 5 min. from the motorway with entrance to the toll booth of Saint Jean de Védas. Tassimo coffee maker with one pod per person provided on arrival.

Come and relax on the 4th floor, in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with terrace of 12m² that overlooks a garden. Quiet and secure residence located in the Grisettes district of Montpellier, 100 m from the Sabines tram line 2 and close to the A9 motorway. The new Saint Roch clinic is located 50 m away. To go for a swim in Palavas-les Flots by car, it takes 15 minutes. For the tram, which goes to the beach of Carnon, it takes about 30 minutes.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, coquette 15 m² bedroom, independent and private entrance, with your shower room/ toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hobs/ ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site. Montpellier a 5-minute drive, shops, tram stops and highway access 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, cozy, and well appointed.
