The studio is equipped with a small kitchenette and a full bathroom. Located within a 10-minute walk to Belair beach and a 5-minute walk to the hospital. Philipsburg is a 5 minute drive away. Come and spend a wonderful time in a very quiet and unique place, with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea..... in fact, it's a bit like "the little house in the big one": that is to say : a villa, with upstairs, the owner (me), and on the ground floor, with the exclusive enjoyment of the terrace and the swimming pool, a two-bedroom dwelling, two large bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and the terrace therefore, with an awning for meals .....
