Half way down in the west, facing the lagoon and the sunset, this incredible cottage and ideal for families is a concentrate of surprises, dedicated to relaxation, nature, ecology, fun. Its pedagogical garden, very well stocked, received a 1st prize and is decorated with a hut with footbridge leading to a hut perched on the roof. Ideal for aperitif or breakfast. 1st prize also, received for the originality of the design and respect for nature. Quite surprising, not to be missed.

Our Wood House is a rustic but renovated cottage, furnished and equipped: it is a cozy studio of about 25 m² with private access with private garden and terrace overlooking the sea (and whale views during the love period from mid-July to mid-September), all about 8 minutes drive from the 4 lanes (access La Possession) and less than 15 minutes from the Port whatever the time. Very well located cottage, western region ideal climate all year round. Very nice sea view. Located less than 10 minutes from the beaches of St-Leu, the Hermitage, La Saline, Trou d 'eau, Etang-Salé . 10 minutes from a shopping center, immediate access highway (Tamarind Road), 5 minutes from kelonia (turtle farm), mascarin botanical garden, Stella matutina museum, paragliding. From the varangue, you can see magnificent sunsets and flying over paragliders.

Piton is a 15 mm walk from our home, where you'll find Creole cuisine, takeaway food, supermarkets, etc. The house is made of wood, well insulated, airy, quiet, situated on a country road, surrounded by birds of the field, coconut trees and houses. The view of the sea and the sunset are breathtaking from the terrace as you sip a local p "ti rhum. What a delight!
