Leyside is a beautiful, cosy and very comfortable, semi-detached cottage that overlooks the beautiful Slapton Ley in South Devon, a freshwater inland lake that is separated from the sea by a three mile long shingle ridge. Set in the middle of the thriving village of Torcross, there is no need to get in the car as the beach is on the doorstep, an excellent pub/restaurant and tea rooms are a few yards walk away and a good farm shop with garden centre and gift and craft shops as well as a brewery.

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. We have tried to anticipate your every need, toiletries, books/games, beach toys, wet suits, picnic rugs, flasks. Parking for 2 cars means no driving around trying to find a space. Read our reviews.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, or 2 on request It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in peak season. Any questions, please just ask me. NO PETS

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.
