Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy reading, boating, swimming and beautiful views of Lake Murray. If you have a pet there is tons of space for them to run around and even go swimming in the lake. The location is a bit remote, so it is super quiet and serene. There is a gas station, Dollar General, and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. 4 Bedroom 7 beds and 2 bathroom Lake Retreat on Lake Murray. Huge front porch and backyard screened in porch overlooking Lake Murray, with grills, overlooking lake to watch the Sunset. Steps away is huge dock with 10 feet of water at end of dock, with ladder for swimming or parking boats, private boat landing for launching boat, that is concrete out past dock , and have 3 kayaks on property, and may floats for floating at private dock.

Enjoy some R&R in our family-owned private cottage with plenty of outdoor activities and amenities, there is something for everyone! The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.

Doc & Amy's Downstairs R&B Studio

This studio has a very classy yet groovy feel, the main colors are Red & Black. Originally this was going to be a room for our pool table. So it gives off that feel with the tile on the walls, the sporty bathroom (with a urinal), the lighting in the room, and a very nice sound system. We are excited to share this awesome space with you. If you are traveling with other persons there is another similarly well equipped space upstairs.
