The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms each with a 160 x 200 cm bed, bathroom (incl. Hair dryer) , guest toilet as well as a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and espresso and coffee machine, toaster, kettle. In the living room, in addition to a 42 " TV, there is also a kl. HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (about 25 minutes) or by public transport.

The house is situated in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest , about 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. I expect a tastefully furnished complete , ground-level floor . You can enjoy the large , well-kept garden , with a magnificent view of the vastness . For a small extra charge is possible to book a yoga - or Qi - gong hour. Four bicycles are available for excursions to the heath. We are also happy to pick guests up from the train station for a small extra charge .

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual designs and with a lot of love for detail. Wir freuen uns auf alle, die eine schöne Zeit bei uns verbringen möchten. Da wir ziemlich zentral liegen ist es ein nahezu optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Für Biker und Radtouristen haben wir eine kleine Werkstatt für Wartungsarbeiten. Hier können auch Fahrzeuge eingestellt werden. Trocknen von Kleidung ist im Heizraum möglich. Skipper können Ihren Trailer auf dem Grundstück parken. 2 Trekkingbikes stehen zum mieten bereit.

Lovingly converted workshop in formerly Stallgbäude

The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the middle of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It is an area without superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.
