Living room has two futon couches that make into full size beds with storage ottoman’s that have the linens and pillows in them. Golf course and Rayburn Resort two mile away. Rayburn Resort Marina, four miles away. Three boat ramps including Umphrey Pavilion within 5 miles. 5 restaurants within 5 miles. Very nice neighborhood

We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels
