Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Nice cozy cabin with a front porch water view of beautiful lake Sam Rayburn, screened in back porch. Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Living room has two futon couches that make into full size beds with storage ottoman’s that have the linens and pillows in them. Golf course and Rayburn Resort two mile away. Rayburn Resort Marina, four miles away. Three boat ramps including Umphrey Pavilion within 5 miles. 5 restaurants within 5 miles. Very nice neighborhood
