You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. Oceanside studio west of coast highway, 1 block to the restaurants, breweries and shops of Downtown Oceanside, 4 block walk to beautiful Oceanside Beach. Off-street, alley parking for 1 car. This is a 2nd floor studio accessed by a steep flight of stairs (please see picture to ensure staircase will not be a concern). We are also close to the train which can be noisy.
