The apartment is spacious, well-lit and set in a lively, beautiful yet quiet neighbourhood in Sliema, just a 5 minute walk from the main promenade. The apartment is serviced by a lift which reaches all levels, and is equipped with all the amenities needed for your stay. The apartment is located on the 5th floor hence it has bounds of natural light. The condominium was finished in 2011 and the common area is very well-maintained. The apartment itself comprises of the following: Large Kitchen/Living Area Main Bedroom including Ensuite Spare Bedroom Main Bathroom Small Balcony. It includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. Here's a list of things we provide to our guests: High Speed WiFi connection Clean sheets/blankets/pillows (replaced on a weekly basis for bookings over 7 days) Blackout Blinds Fresh towels (2 Large Towels and 2 Hand Towels per guest) Toilet paper & soap Kitchen with all modern appliances including an espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, oven & dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 piece dining set, 6 piece glassware set (6 High Ball, 6 Wine Glass & 6 mugs), Cutlery, Utensils and a cookware set. Washing machine 50" flat screen TV Central heating and Air Conditioning Iron and ironing board The neighbourhood area is quiet yet very well serviced, with a well-stocked grocery store just across the street. A 5-minute walk will also lead to the Balluta Bay promenade in the heart of Sliema where one can find eclectic shops, all-round cuisine restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. A bus stop 'Antik' is also nearby, just a 2 minute walk round the corner.

In an unbeatable location, this apartment is close to restaurants, the beach, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. It is extremely central yet quiet. You can wake up in the morning and within a 1 min walk you can jump in the crystal clear sea for a refreshing swim. It is a very well appointed, lovely, modern, very comfortable apartment with a super vibe to it. Located just behind the charming Spinola Bay in the heart of St Julians. Modern and bright duplex apartment in a super central location in Spinola Bay. The highlight is its 20 sqm terrace enjoying amazing sea views. My second-floor apartment which is located in Vittoriosa has a beautiful view facing Senglea, Cospicua and the capital city of Valletta. It will only take just 2 minutes to go to the Marina waterfront and also, there are some lovely restaurants that you can go to and eat. To take the ferry you would have to go to Cospicua which is a 5-minute walk to go there.
