The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of the family home,it is very comfortable and intimate,the rooms are spacious,clean and bright. You can enjoy a private outdoor terrace of about 70 meters. It is new and its decoration is rural; it has a ceramic stove,washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, iron, hair dryer,fan, clothesline, wifi, umbrella and sunshade for the beach and PARABòLICA ANTENNA. It has a lot of natural light in addition to good ventilation in all rooms. Free parking spaces.

There are two pools and a tennis court. There is also a park across the road, shopping centre, supermarket, bars and restaurants and a beach bar at the end of the road.
