This spacious studio apartment, part of San Juanico Surf Society, is located just above panga beach at the entry to San Juanico. We offer unobstructed views of first and second point and the pristine beach as far as the eye can see. This studio apartment measures 13ft (4m)x17ft (5.2m) with 9ft (2.75m) ceilings, featuring a large private patio overlooking the beach. Equipped with two twin beds this is an ideal space for a couple or two surf companions looking for comfort and privacy.

Nicely remodeled 3 bedroom casita in the heart of downtown San Juanico. Located on the main boulevard, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Brand new appliances throughout. Each ensuite bedroom has locking door and full private bath. Great roof area with view of 1st point from the restaurant upstairs. New palapa patio for a nice, shady area to hang out. A/C is available in each bedroom from 8pm to 6am for an additional nightly fee.

Mexican dream house! Short walk to shops and beach. Home overlooks ocean at Ponga beach and point. Front yard and porch excellent for sunrise views, back yard with brick BBQ for sunset views. Outdoor shower, gated, locked storage for boards, Custom cabinets and Mexican tile through-out home. Walk to Dan's Pizza or the Burro restaurant for dinner. TV with DVD's and a lot of books, MP3 and IPOD dock, internet WiFI upon request.

The fully gated 1/3 acre property is just a few hundred yards walk from the lookout above First Point. Highlights include a peak whitewater view of Second Point to know when the surf is on, and gorgeous 180-degree views of the desert.
