Park-like setting with playground, gazabo, two fire pits, a hot tub, and patio picnic area. Upstairs is a large bedroom with two beds, a queen and a double(Plus extra cots)Downstairs is a full bathroom with shower/tub, a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table and chairs. A pull out bed sofa couch that faces a large flat screen TV.

A BEAUTIFUL space with a private outside entrance that is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. Our linens are washed in hot water with bleach and all surfaces are disinfected. This casita provides beautiful views of the surrounding mountains including Zion National Park and Pine Valley. Brand new 750 sqft Guesthouse! The home itself is pure Heaven! My husband and I built this with luxury in mind. Brand new everything!! In a nice residential cul-de-sac! There is a creek across the street and park with a grill next door! If you haven't experienced the night sky outside of a big city then you're in for a treat!! There are great views to the south and hiking all around. Includes a back Deck with HOT TUB, grill, fire table and seating right off the master suite!
