Gas plumbed grill for BBQ Flat screen TV's Very spacious with 2 living areas. Dining Table for 8 w/extra leaf & 2 extra chairs to seat 10. Close to SLC & Ski resorts. Loud, large parties are not permitted if police are called you will be asked to leave w/ no refund. Perfect for lg families, ski groups & convention attendees.

You will love staying in this fresh remodeled basement apartment which has a separate entrance and separate garage to park your car(s) and store ski/snowboard gear, bikes, etc. Nestled right at the base of Little Cotton Wood Canyon in Granite with beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountains and only minutes away from Utah’s amazing ski resorts (8 miles to Snowbird/Alta), and hikes. It is also terrific for traveling workers. The space is very spacious (2,000 sq ft) and cozy! Tons of daylight.

My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

We love your pets, limit 2. We have the best location 30 minutes to beautiful mountains, 1-1/2 block to TRAX Station, 5 min walk to ski bus, 20 mins to SLC and Temple Square, 5 min drive to Mt Am Expo. Great restaurants, grocery stores close by, or cook your meals in our kitchen. Outside security camera & a 6' gate/fence that surrounds the property. Keypad lock on door & gate, private entrance. Enjoy our comfortable queen beds, and a shower with a never-ending supply of hot water!
