Deze exclusieve tropenvilla van een privé-eigenaar wordt zeer beperkt verhuurd en heeft als enige op het park (24/7 bewaakt) van Boca Gentil een zeer riant privéstrand. U stapt zo de zacht kabbelende Caribische zee in. Naast twee ruime zonnedekken is er een groot strand met twee palappa's waaronder u in de schaduw kunt zitten of liggen. De villa heeft vijf slaapkamers, twee porches en een groot zwembad.
