The apartment has been awarded for its decoration and great use of spaces by several prestigious decoration magazines nationally and internationally. With its spacious design and comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in the centre of San Sebastian is ideal for families, professionals and couples looking for a relaxed base to get to know and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Available high chair and baby cot. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/ heating. The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels and hairdryer, TV and, of course, WIFI High Speed Internet. The apartment is so well located that we can walk to any interesting point in the city. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. Independent apartment studio 5 minutes away from the beach. Excellent views over the Bay of San Sebastian, lots of light, 5 windows, all exterior and new; work/eat/cooking area/, kitchen utensils, full bathroom with large shower; large double sofa bed of 1.50x2.00, continental breakfast, Wifi, TV. We are in a quiet and very safe residential area a few minutes from downtown walking around the Bay or by bus. Free paid parking on the same street.
