House located on the Fléquières plateau, a 13-minute walk from a liane bus line, ( every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro which allows quick access to the city center of Lille. The adjoining accommodation with another cottage and our home is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor areas are in the process of being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

The house accommodates up to 6 people with its 3 bedrooms. Possibility to install in addition a latex mattress in the office downstairs adjoining a bathroom.
