Swimming pool is not shared. Pool only guests. House all furnished and equipped. It is rented with bedding (bed sheet, pillows, pillowcases and blankets in the cold season) and face and bath towels. Kitchen and gourmet area, both equipped with refrigerator, cooktopp 5 mouths, microwave, oven, pans, sandwich maker, items for coffee preparation. Near supermarkets, bakeries!
