Our home offers a comfortable open floor plan with lots of windows offering views of the pool and waterfront area. Upon entering the home, you walk down a short hallway and enter into the large common area with 3 sliding glass doors allowing access to the pool deck and lanai. Our outdoor space offers a large covered lanai with plenty of seating along with an area for outdoor dining. In addition, we have a beautiful heated saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and boat lift.

Escape to a quiet lake front, heated in-ground large pool, serene vacation house, 1.5 miles from Manasota Key Beach. Views of the lake and aquatic birds provide tremendous enjoyment. The home has an open concept with 12 ft sliders in the Living room opening all the way to Lanai, Pool and the Lake for a nice breeze from the lake and trees surrounding the property. The lake and fenced in landscape around left and right side of Lanai make it very private and relaxed!
