We’ll set sail from the port with my sailboat and we’ll cruise in Alghero Bay, listen some music, enjoy some drinks together and bask in the glory that is a Mediterranean sunset aboard a sailing boat. You can choose to relax onboard or let me teach you how to manage the boat. One thing is for sure – the best way to finish the day is to take a dive into clear Mediterranean waters and cool off.

Take a break from the bustle of the city, there is a fantastic world just around the corner! After a short briefing we first snake around huge boulders while the white limestone cliff gets higher and higher and the water takes every shade of blue. It is here that we realize that there's not a better way to explore this breathtaking corner than easily sitting on a kayak. On our route we find small beaches cutted into the cliff, bunkers of the second world war, caves and different kind of birds. Our destination is a sandy little beach, quite difficult to reach by foot because set into the rock, where we can stretch our legs and wear our snorkeling kits, there's another world to explore! On our way back we change perspective and our attention is captured by details that we had not noticed before, enjoying every single meter. Civilization is waiting for us, the good thing is that now we can have a well deserved drink!

We will do all the step to make the perfect culurgionis: from pasta making to cooking the meal: - pasta making (each person have his own bunch of flour) and will be able to make his own pasta dough, having the possibilities to handle the difference between each pasta. - stuffing preparation and tasting (peel potato, mix ingredients, taste) All ingredients will be place on the table and everybody will mix and taste and compare to the each others. Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e dove verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. The daily cruise in the gulf that I propose to you differs from all the others that you can find, in fact during the cruise I will guide you to make extraordinary naturalistic experiences, you will have the opportunity to participate in various snorkeling tours I have guided you that I will take you to discover the wonders of our seabed rich in underwater life. Navighiamo lenti in pieno relax, accompagnati dal richiamo dei gabbiani e dal suono del mare, fino a trovare piccole baie dalle basse acque trasparenti dove ci fermeremo per nuotare e fare snorkeling immersi in una natura incontaminata. Ci circondano alte scogliere selvagge, regno del falco della regina, fondali ricchi di pesci e spesso visitati dai delfini, e poi le spiagge tra le più belle della Sardegna. Vi offriremo degli aperitivi e un pranzo preparato con ingredienti locali freschissimi e un ottimo vino. Tour in fuoristrada 4×4 all’Oasi di Biderosa e alla spiaggia Capo di Comino, esperienza ideale per chi ama la natura e le spiagge della Sardegna. L’avventura inizia a Orosei a bordo del nostro fuoristrada. La prima tappa è l’Oasi di Biderosa, un parco protetto e a numero chiuso di ben 500 ettari, formato da boschi e macchia mediterranea incorniciati da cinque spiagge di sabbia bianchissima su un mare smeraldo. Angoli caratterizzati da una flora di ginepri centenari solitari, cisto, mirto e bianchi gigli di mare, incorniciati da granito rosa. La prima tappa del nostro tour è lo stagno di Sa Curcurica. Lo stagno rappresenta un vero e proprio scrigno di biodiversità avifaunistica, molto interessante per chi vuole cimentarsi nel birdwatching: aironi, garzette, cormorani, gallinelle d’acqua o le numerose specie migratorie come germani reali, i fenicotteri rosa o i rumorosi cavalieri d’Italia. Dopo pranzo, ci dirigiamo alla spiaggia di Capo Comino, famosa per esser stata la cornice del film “Travolti da un insolito destino nell’azzurro d’agosto”. Prima però, ci attende la visita al faro di Capo Comino, da dove potremo godere di una vista molto suggestiva. Infine, dopo l’ultimo tuffo in queste acque cristalline, amiamo suggellare la bellissima giornata trascorsa assieme, con una sosta al piccolo bar della pineta per un buon gelato o un’ottima birra. Un’esperienza che vorrai ripetere!

I will wait for you in my Antico Borgo in the countryside 16 KM from the city of Olbia, where upon arrival I will show you the property consisting of nine Stazzi (typical houses of the area), dating back to 1700. We will offer you a welcome tasting with our best products homemade. A Sardinian breakfast if in the morning or a Sardinian aperitif if in the evening. Then we will prepare an ancient pasta, teaching the secrets of the processing and embroidery of pasta, all in an exclusive place where it will be like going back in time. Ancient utensils and typical kitchen tools will be displayed and used. We will cook for you the pasta that you have prepared and that you will taste together with our homemade wine and a selection of products offered by us, including our cheeses and our bread. This experience is not the usual, commercial tour where you will feel like a dumb passenger on a boat powered by an engine!!! With us, you will experience a real hands-on sailing tour on a fast cruiser-racer sailboat, a Beneteau First 33.7. This boat has a vast sail wardrobe which allows us to reach the most beautiful coves of the area under sail, either in a light breeze or in more windy conditions: we guarantee the engine will be used only in absence of wind; and, best of all, Paolo, the experienced skipper, will show you how to steer and trim the sails. When we meet, Paolo will explain some basic safety rules, and then we will start the tour. The suggested destination is the "Devil's Saddle" promontory, so called after an old legend. We will drop anchor to swim in crystal clear waters in a wonderful cove, and, during the summer, will swim with you to discover the secret “Purple Cave”. While sailing, you will admire breathtaking landscapes and cliffs, which will be described in details. If we are lucky, dolphins will follow us during the navigation! Generally, the morning experience is gifted with light winds, making it ideal for a stopover in calm waters (which is ideal for swimmers), whereas the afternoon tour is ideal for sailing in stronger winds. In case of wavy seas, anchoring and swimming might be not possible due to safety reasons.

Our day begins at 10am in the morning, as we set sail in the lovely Alghero Bay. We will spend the day visiting unique and unspoiled places in an eco-friendly sailboat. Having spent years exploring the waters off Alghero, I know of all the perfect spots. The cruise includes ample time for snorkeling, swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing. Also included in the afternoon is a homemade Italian lunch, paired with a good wine, and followed by a delicious cup of fresh coffee.
