Very bright townhouse

Very nice townhouse with 8 beds. Large garage. Walking access in less than 5 minutes to bars, restaurants, cinema, aquatic center, shops. Futuroscope 45 minutes away, Monkey Valley 15 minutes away, Vigeant circuit 30 minutes away and the ocean 1h30 away. Numerous family activities to do in the area (Terra Aventura, Accrobranche, horseback rides...). TV and internet via the fiber optics. Possibility of extra mattresses. coffee capsules, tea... free. Only €10-15 cleaning fee.

We will be very happy, with my spouse Stéphane, to welcome you to our pretty Poitevin house, fully renovated and fully equipped, with garden, in a very quiet village. Accessible PMR, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, valley of the monkeys, vegetal labyrinth, futuroscope at 40 minutes, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surroundings.
