At Villa Kovalla, you will have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. The villa is equipped to a high standard, and the fireplace offers atmospheric evenings. The villa has views of the lake. In addition, in the sauna building, you will enjoy the soft steam of the wood stove while admiring the lake views of Lake Saimaa directly from the sauna benches. There is a Casting grill in the yard.

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Peaceful villa near lake

Villa Leikon – a holiday right next to clean nature and lakes. Cottage accommodates four people. There is room for two to sleep downstairs and two more up in the loft. The detached sauna building also has a spacious bedroom which accommodates two more people. In total six people can comfortably stay. The beach sauna building is nicely attached to the main building with an open terrace. The cottage is surrounded by almost undisturbed nature with enough space for outdoor relaxing.

The wood-burning sauna has a soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Stay alone in a single-family home

Villa Pihlaja is a nice little house located in the agglomeration of Savonlinna. Parking your car in your own yard couldn't be easier. It's 6 km to the center of Savonlinna, 2 km to the big grocery store. Pet rabbits can be found in the backyard, with a disc golf course and 3 km of lit ski trails in the winter waiting for athletes. Bring your own pets to stay! There is no sauna on the property.
