The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Welcome home! You get the entire upper, main floor. Owners live in walkout lower level, ready to respond to your every need. Great neighborhood for long walks. Nearby are grocery stores, restaurants, urgent care, fast food. 8 minutes to downtown Morganton, 1 hour to Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway, 40 minutes to Blowing Rock, 30 minutes to Hickory, 4.5 hours to the ocean. Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you could want for breakfast. Keurig coffee maker.

Private 3 acre property with small (400sq ft) "tiny house". Ideal for 2 to 5 people. It has a queen bed, 2 sofas that fold open into twin beds; and 4-foot height sleeping loft with two twin mattresses. Covered deck; 3 small ponds; party pavilion . . Basic toiletries and linens supplied, as well as plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. This is a non-smoking cabin! Please do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds. Several trashcans are on the property for your use.

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee also no more than 2 pets allowed.
