My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic building located in city center, right opposite to Rixos hotel. The main sightseeings, parks, restaurants and bars are all just a few steps away. Our home is ideal for a couple, family with grown up kids or a group of friends. Brand new 57 sq.m. apartment consists of one bedroom with king size bed, living room with mezzanine, kitchen and two balconies, and is fully equipped with everyhing you need for a comfortable stay in Almaty.
