Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower bathtub, storage room, cloakroom, 2 balconies. Very quiet location in the green, a car is recommended. Living and sleeping room are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment is completely newly built in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The ski area St.Johann, Kitzbühel is easily accessible. Due to the separate entrance since it is completely independent. There is also a parking space and Wi-Fi.
