Our place is close to the town center of Seekirchen am Wallersee. With the S-Bahn you can only reach the Mozart city of Salzburg in only 12 minutes. You will love our place because of the tranquility, the magnificent surroundings, the Wallersee, the Seeburg, the many hiking and biking trails and the modern ambiance. You'll feel that when building, you'll be very attentive to healthy building materials. A good feeling is important. Our place is great for (love)couples, singles and business travelers.

2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Area is very rural , apartment is in the attic(2nd floor), absolutely quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and a lot of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be in the center of the action immediately by car. Supermarkets are within easy reach, Lake Wallersee in sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and to explore Salzburg. The Salzkammergut , Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach.

A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Prealps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Festival City of Salzburg. You will embrace the little house and nature in your heart - I'm sure. PS: For children and pets, the Tiny House is unfortunately not suitable, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.
