Very nice and well maintained apartment in a perfect city location with excellent accessibility. Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. A contact person is available at any time. Long-term bookings are also possible, prices by appointment.

Our home is in Gohlis Süd with optimal transport links to the centre, the zoo and the Leipzig Exhibition Centre. Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m2 in size, has been lovingly renovated by us and the character is largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same plot as our house, so we are available if questions arise.
