The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. Our guests have their own apartment, which is always rented to one party (individuals or families). So they are on their own without other strangers. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs (no lift), but very quiet and with great views of Munot, Rhine and Schaffhausen. The town of Schaffhausen is a 10-minute walk away. Parking for your car will be made available to you by us. Large roof terrace for undisturbed sunbathing.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.
