Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Pretty percheron half-timbered house, renovated from bottom to attic in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping it all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with days in the sun in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in the winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 to 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining area of 50 m2, a small desk with 1 single bed and a large kitchen equipped full of light.
